Despite all the instability of Ukrainian politics and economics, new trade centres, coffee shops and gas stations continue to opening to meet the needs of the population.
2015 has been ear-marked by the Katsuba Corporation as a key year to finalize the construction and launch a grandiose project of Trade Centre «Wave» in Kharkiv . The trade centre with a «wave-like» name will specialize in selling all kinds of construction materials, up to ready-mixed concrete. This, as an example, is done by the «Betoniks» chain, a part of a Katsuba's Corporation. It is interesting to consider that the Katsuba family, which is investing in the organization of the complex, is going also to install the first American completely contactless car washer.
As a reference: the construction of the complex began in 2007, however, it was frozen on a site for a while. Originally, on this site, it had been intended to open an automobile sales centre. But after monitoring the economical situation in Ukraine and demands on such an enterprise, it was found out that there is no interest in automobile sales centres, given that during the crisis in years 2007-2008, there was a dramatic decrease of sales in all production spheres. Two years later, in 2009, the construction of the modern building in the city centre was resumed.
